Our Content Management System solution Extranet is designed to help corporations/organisations to leverage and improve their communication flow with customers, partners and other selected third parties using a secure web platform.

The Group-based architecture dramatically improves visibility and accessibility for Members: all authorized Groups are visible to Members who can access relevant information directly allowing them to conduct Global or Group-based searches.

The modular philosophy of our Extranet offers flexibility to match most users current and future needs : standard features and objects are immediately available. Obviously we can also develop customised features and objects in order to personalise the Extranet’s possibilities.

Each Group’s basic features include :

• Documents: store and categorize any type of document, indexing them automatically in the integrated and powerful Search engine (no need to enter keywords or tags manualy)
• Calendar Events : enables you to announce your conferences, meetings and events directly on the Extranet

Both Documents and Calendar Events are automatically integrated within our e-mail engine allowing Members to receive e-notifications when new Documents or Events are posted.

• Secure and layered access through simple Group-based authorisations : Member, Hidden Member, Document Administrator, User Administrator
• On the global Extranet level, Members are allowed to admin/view part or the whole Extranet content depending on their authorisations : Content Supervisor and Extranet Administrator
• Multilingual support : enables the Extranet Administrators to build the Group architecture in 3 languages
• Member-based and Global Preferences: various parameters enable Members to customise the Extranet’s views and features
• Statistic module : allowing Extranet Administrators to filter, display and extract Audit logs of all Member activities

Optional Group Objects are also available :

• Survey Object : collect your Members ideas and opinions through simple polls or in-depth studies, edit questions and possible answers, compile and export results, allow Members to view or receive up-to-date results if you wish
• Newsletter Object : build, index and send your Newsletters to selected Members
• Multiple-Events Object : create Events with a number of sub–related information/actions point (hotel/flight/restaurant reservation,
  ...), compile Members subscriptions and export various Events reports (billing, statistics, …)
